Any balloonion player use dragon (in champion league)?

I use 1 or 2 dragons in my raid and I call it "AQ killer". My current army build is 2 drag, 16 loons, 60 minions, carrying 4 lighting and 1 rage. Most of balloonion attacks I have seen mostly use more loons with rage spells. How often do you get 2 stars? With my build I can go for 2 stars if xbows are down and inferno are single target but mostly I just aim for 50% and take as much as loot I can.

Dragon got stronger in the recent updates and it can handles inferno multi targets much better than minions or loons. Why not use it? Like to see your take especially if you are in champion league.

Nice attacks. We have a push coming up at the end of next month. I might try your troop mix and strat to try and push into champ.

I am nowhere near Champion but when I have elixir coming out my ears I will do a Balloon/Dragon Raid (6 drags, 20 Balloons) and if I want to I can hit just about anything with it (Th9). I have been hanging around in Crystal II lately and this combination scoffs at those multi target infernos. I still shy away from fully upgraded Th10 bases though, as its a really expensive attack and I prefer something I can obliterate for what I invest (as I am farming, not cup chasing)

Very nice. Drags have had a nice buff and multi inferno's only tickle them.

In champions league I use Dragon in my cc every time. I dont actually build them myself but I never raid without that one. That way if I need to pick up say 5% at the end but everywhere is covered by WT or multi-fernos I dont have to worry as I would with all minions.

Interesting. I have seen a lot of all dragon attacks but never face a balloonion attack with dragon myself excepted with cc dragon.

Thx. That is why I was curious why not many ballonion players use them.

Thx. I'd like to see one of your attack if you have any vid. I use my AQ for the last 5%. My 4th lighting and 1 rage is also for backup. Use rage on AQ will one shot most buildings so it's better to use on her than any other troops. Rage also cost more and take longer to cook.

Hmm, when I went up to champ, I used 24 Balloons, 50 Minions, and 6 loons in the CC. To kill the queen, I used my king and a few minions.. Used the king every time, but a bit safer than having minions in the CC for the queen. Maybe it's because i'm a town hall 9, but I didn't find a drag to be as effective as 6 extra balloons.. The balloons give me that much more protection for the minions to clean up. Great attacks though!
