Revenge attacks while leaving shield intact

This may be an old idea but it would be awesome if we could perform revenge attacks without breaking shield.

It would benefit everyone and harm no one. Those revenged cant attack us back anyway and if we sit out shield we are unavailable to raid in any event.

At the moment many of us use the time to donate and that would still occur BUT we could train armies suitable for the revenge in question and are more likely to speed up that process with gems.

This would be horrible to everyone, especially since revenging IS attacking just without the gold price. There would be LESS opportunities to revenge since there would be more shields active.

Also, think of how this would affect champions league/top players. You'd end up searching for hours more than used to, since all the top players would be hiding in their shield, because they didn't lose their shield when they attacked.

But seriously I DO take your point about top players, however MOST are NOT top players and it could be available for lower THs.

At the moment I just wait until I have time available to do multiple raids, I never break shield to do a revenge. Maybe others do.....which is why I put the idea up.

As you rightly point out many of your potential revenges are shielded anyway. So APART from top players does it cause a real problem?
