given the same voltage (from the tesla tower), low resistivity (pekka armor) will dissipate more power (heat up more).
resistence to fire is a different physical property.. but conductors do heat up more than resistors when a current is flowing through..
it's that ohm's law you learnt in high school.

Possibly, BUT I bring this up with the PEKKA because I read from another thread that the PEKKA is very, very UU (UnderUsed) In high level gameplay, unlike it used to be, while golems are normally used, if not OU (OverUsed) in high level gameplay, especially with GoWiWi, which is becoming increasingly popular.
So where are the dragons and pekkas?

If not this, I suggest that SC nerf the Inferno in a way that, when switched into multi mode, CANNOT aim at air units. This will create another big strategy consideration now with the air units with mass drag, dragaloonion, and balloonion opening up, while hoggers and GoWiWi users will consider switching and trying out the new strategies in champ league.
A bit off topic here, but its just as productive as my OP.
