i understand that it wouldn't be nice if someone call you a thief, however, if it is a mistake, why don't they just simply reply their message with explanation? people would not start calling you thief if you are reasonable.

Yeah i understand your frustration. I've been there too. I used to not care who goes first until that one incident when someone spoils it all. There are real scammers out there but there are trades that have gone sour simply because of misunderstanding.

I am sorry you lost items because of something like that but there is no middle ground here.

If someone were to reply to it we just end up with a fued or the person crying thief isn't listening and we end up with having to deal with it all and giving people warnings, infractions and or forum bans.

We did have an experience once were someone accused the wrong person of stealing when they stumbled on a trade not knowing about trades. Instead of listening they went full steam ahead with the accusation.

I am sorry but this is not open for debate. Any name and shames we see will be at least removed.

I have to say i stayed away from trading until i started needing 20plus for an upgrade, exactly for the reason of trust, it always boggled my mind how much trust you have to put into another person, i have so far completed trades with several people, no complaints at all.

How about, we add the name of people we successfully trade with in our signatures?
Or even better if there was a button for "like" or "trusty" person, whereby every time a successful trade is completed you can press the other person's button making them gain trustworthiness for future trades?
