If you were in a clan and wanted to join another clan then you could bookmark the clan and join it later or with players if a person leaves your clan you can bookmark him to see where he goes.

Player bookmark might cause trouble due to stalkers and all that. Clan bookmark might be helpful, but it's not that hard to search for the clan you're looking for again.
