Get rid of this tiny group of players

who have taken it upon themselves to decide what should be stickied or anything else for that matter in the ideas section.
This is a forum for innovative ideas and without full knowledge of the business model of Supercell they have no right to opine stronger than any other poster.
Supercell, please tell these kooks to shut up, new ideas are just that - new and are often seen as crazy when at first presented.
The microwave was an accident, video games are a byproduct of computers, who envisioned free video game apps? How did social media start?
Somebody thought outside of the box. Don't let these simple folks quash ideas because of their limited thinking.

I think you've gotten it wrong. This group of people you speak about just inform the inattentive who don't read stickies that the idea they have put forward is ruled out by SC. So they don't really say that they think the idea should be ruled out, but that SC has already ruled out the idea, and that it therefore is pointless bringing it up again.

Innovative and creative ideas are good and quite necessary to get things rolling, but it is completely pointless to bring up things again and again that have already been ruled out by the very company that made and keeps updating this very game, and the forum that comes with it.

edit: I now see this thread might have been aimed at a specific closed group, and not people pointing out stickies overall, which is what I assumed. Please consider that and take my post as such when you read this reply.

Hi. Please look at the group and click on the top discussion that I made. We are closing down shop. I hate being yelled at due to what I posted. I apologize to everybody I posted the auto replies on. However, if the so called 'forum police', as long as they are respectful, are helping more then hurting as there are ruled out ideas that, if added, would hurt the game a lot.

You make my very point. I'm not an avid reader of this area of the forum. I don't know if my idea has been ruled out. If so, then a nice mention that my idea has already been decided and rejected would be nice. I'm mostly playing the game not reading the forum just like you. We come to the forum when we think of something.
But let me posit one idea for you: if the same suggestions keep coming up, even if ruled against before - justifies further review. It's an area of the game many have considered and have never had a reason to post here before. Don't fault them for playing the game instead of reading the forum.
So tell me, was my idea of intra-clan scrimmages without exchange of loot explored and rejected by Supercell? Because it seemed to me that Mathewe or whatever decided he had dejected my idea. Sorry if I misinterpreted it but that poster has used the words "not going to happen" on several suggestion posts.
I don't know this person but it strikes me as a narcissistic position in the exchange of ideas. It also strikes me as narcissistic for any poster here to think they understand the business position of Supercell and to suggest or even steer their ideas on the game.
You never know where an idea might come from. I'm all ears when I hear from a spokesperson from Supercell, it means my idea has been considered and accepted/rejected. I don't need other posters to comment on the validity of my idea.
If I don't hear from Supercell then I can assume it hasn't been considered at all and I'm happy to move on to another idea.

The problem with you theory is that suggestions like 'donating resources' would hurt the game a lot. Believe it or not, people would make multiple accounts to get free resources. Same goes with donating gems, banks, trade-ins (gold for elixir), loot filters, and stuff like that.

I'm sure there are many reasons for why it's ruled out, the chief one being that people with mini accounts (second, third etc accounts) could funnel their gold into the main account by trading it for elixir, which most of the time is rather useless and sitting at 8 million.

On the other topic, about the incident with this specific member you're talking about, reading the post from Chupa it seems that their has been some internal discussion within the group I assume you're talking about. It also seems that this person might not have been aware of the power situation and rules regarding this group.
In essence, it seems as if the group is disbanding / disbanded.
