    Yes but as flammy says your clan castle reinforcements are there to slow down the attacker not kill all of them. Also with high health they can slow them down more.

    The health doesn't play a huge role in defensive fights, as all units will focus fire 1 Unit together, meaning that it will most likely be a 1-shot or 2-shot (if it's a giant) by a large group archers. And so, our conclusion is: Health does not matter at all in a defensive position. DPS and speed does. A group of 15 goblins can kill a mob of giants in mere seconds, while they are being healed by a healer. Goblins are the fastest units in-game, and can catch up to their targets faster than archers and barbs. Oh, and to be clear, this thread was made to show goblins are great for defence, but not the best,​ and to prove those who hate gobs wrong.

    Goblins are nice as they run fastest and can hit harder than archers or barbs. A level 5 goblin will still out damage even a level 6 barb.

    If you are concerned about dragon attacks, yes, archers are the way to go. But, I think most people still cling to archers as that was the old custom before the defender-wall-jumping change.

    cuz if u have 25 archers shooting at giants barbarians or anything behind walls they will all die

    heath DOES matter for most peole with a cc lvl 1 and 2 low 5 or 10 low lvl goblins dont do ♥♥♥♥ against defending your base also it doesnt take long to kill so the point of cc reienforcements is to distract the troops but not for 3 seconds...
