No is no. Final decision. The changing name can be misused even though it will give them money but it will be good for them and bad for the players and that is a big no no for companies. If it is neglected then go and do something else then trying to beg SuperCell to add a nickname changer. That is why in games you should take time and think about the nickname instead of doing something stupid.

You could make it so that it said formerly known as enter name here+ names you have already used. This would prevent flaming in clans and elsewhere.
