Well said. I've always thought it is ridiculous how important the game claims protecting your TH is, when the opposite is true for 99% (non champs) of the game. Loot should scale with damage done to a base (not just stars, 49% and 50% are not fundamentally different), and the TH should hold significant resources. Shields should also scale (again 39% vs. 40% is a silly distinction). Also, an autmatic 30 minute or so shield after any attack.
Edit: Just throwing ideas around, but how about collector output rising and falling with activity? Successful attacks and defenses raise output, inactivity lowers it. Thoughts?
One more....higher leagues raise collector output too. Everything scales with trophies....
