About the idea of paying, I'm gonna be brutally honest.
It's unreasonable and not feasible for your business outlet.
There are other graphic artists and people will switch to them very fast if you charge a fee.
I think that you are doing this to help the community. That's fantastic. I respect business, but the forums shouldn't be yor main business outlet.

Paying? Even if someone would pay, it wouldn't be 5 - 10 dollars. I would say for something that small.... at max 50 cents.

Yes, but by the amount of requests they are getting, by the end of the week they'll get almost 50 dollars. So, let's say a day is 5 - 7 dollars - and it is possible. Just get a few.... 12 people to request? bam. A straight 6 dollars. So by the end of the week, it'll be 50 dollars.
