Hi, Schoon. I'm afraid that I can't complete your request because you don't have the required 250 posts.

However, I made Scarlet Temple's clan signature awhile ago. You can use that for the meanwhile. For the GIF problem, you saved it as a GiF file. You need to save it as .png or .jpeg file. In order to do that, please visit my old signature shop, "Orange's Signature Haven" and on the first post Scarlet's clan signature is on my examples list. It shouldn't be too far down, but it's there. Once you find it, right click, save as. After that, insert your signature in by going to:

Notifications --> Inbox --> On the far left, "Edit Signature" --> scroll and you'll see a browse function, click it --> find the picture signature file you saved --> insert signature picture. If you have any problems, please contact me by PM.
