I am very sure I did factory reset on the entire iPad before I sold it off. This is a really sad case for I know this is not the first time the players faced this problem, and yet no solution can be used. Sigh..
If you did do a factory reset then you wouldn't have this problem. There is no solution that will work in the real world however there is ONE chance!!!

Go to www.icloud.com and sign into the same apple ID you set your iPad up with, if the iPad still appears you can remotely reset and that should hopefully remove your Clash details from the device. If you can't find you iPad on it then you are out of luck.
