Thread: Lost all gems, village layout mess up, I whink my ID was ♥♥♥♥ED !

    I don't believe support can do anything - the only was someone will have access to your village is if they know your GC email and password. You need to think really hard about if you have ever given it out to someone.

    Reconsider these options:
    A) a family member plays on the iOS device without you knowing it
    B) you gave your gamecenter password to a friend who used it to load your game
    C) you gave your gamecenter password to one of those 3rd party gem sites
    D) you logged onto a friends iOS device to play at one point, thinking logging out of gamecenter or deleting the app will prevent them from playing it (it doesn't)
    E) you sold/traded/gave away an iOS device you had once played the game on without doing a factory reset and they still have access to your CoC village.

    I know you said it isn't any but it 99% is one of them that you have done a long time ago. It will require a brainstorm for you to remember but it is your only option for now.

    I am brainstorming and remember once I help my cousin selling his iphone, while in my hand I played my coc on it
    but I am very sure that I did factory reset on it
    I guess I have no luck in this case, it's been a year I am playing this game and starting all over again seems too exhausting
    looks like about time to stop playing the game...

    Message SC from the in game settings>help. Only they can help you. They usually have to duplicate your base onto a new GC and ban the other account.

    If it has been deleted, then someone could reinstall it, and start playing on your village. Either that or you sleep Clash. 😝

    surprised to hear one of the most downloaded game in this world handling the email support section up to a month to reply
    the way they gain money from this game seems can not add more customer support service, pathetic.....

    I agree this is helpless for me, many thing I did can't make any solution

    I am also facing this problem now. Sold my iPad 4 to someone else on December but then he sold to some other stranger later on and he lost all the stranger's contact, which left me no clue on how to contact that guy now.

    Change my Apple ID password and the solution is not working.
    Seek support from Apple, not working as well.
    Sent email to Supercell and they are not replying yet.

    I am very sure I did factory reset on the entire iPad before I sold it off. This is a really sad case for I know this is not the first time the players faced this problem, and yet no solution can be used. Sigh..
