Neighbourhood problems…

I have somehow managed to join the same neighbourhood twice, hopefully the attached picture will show this.

Due to this fact I am unable to leave this neighbourhood (or at least I assume this is the reason).

Can anybody offer up any potential solutions to my problem? I have already done a force close of the game and restarted but it had no effect.

Does anyone know how to remove a member? I've tried the "kick out" but it doesn't remove them. I am only removing them because they are on my members list 3 times. I have visited the farm and it's the same farm. I posted a message saying I was going to remove 2 the last will stay as part of our neighborhood house so they know I'm doing this for this reason. But when I went to remove the two, I can't. I've hard booted, powered down, everything after "kicking them out" but nothing is working. It is taking up 2 slots for the neighborhood so I want to free up those spaces.

By the way, Kick Out to me is harsh... Maybe it's us Hay Dayers but I sure hate those 2 words...

Not exactly true about inviting anybody. If you tap on an envelope in the DD it will state the following:
You can only invite your Facebook or Gamecenter friends!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to test it all out myself yet. But that was the information I received. However if you keep a slot free to follow them you have them on your friends bar and can invite then. After which you can unfollow.

The wording may sound harsh but at least it is clear what is meant and in the end it boils down to same thing. They are getting kicked out, Why it isnt working for you I don't know and will pass on to the team.

In the mean time. When someone is kicked their name still shows up in chat and you can still visit them from there until it scrolls of the page.
are you sure they are still on the neighborhood list with current members ?

Yes, she's there 3 times. I hope I didn't delete her completely now trying to figure this out. I still only show that I have 19 spots used and 1 open and when I do the count, it is with her there 3 times. I don't know what happened but I really appreciate you looking into this. I want her to stay, I just want the spots opened for more people to join if they like.

I have the same issue, the person is on my list twice and I can't kick out either one if them, I kicked someone else out to see if the feature worked and it did, just can't get rid of either of the duplicates.

Thank you for posting that Goobster. I will move your post to a seperate thread in bugs and issues as it looks like a glitch for sure.

please also send an in-game issue to support.

I know the next solutions is a lot of trouble but you could get all you neighbours together and start a new NH and start over. Hopefully they will be gone then. That would be the fastest solution. NH names aren't unique so you can still choose the same name.

What can I do now? I have same problem. I cant quit neighborhood. They cant get it out me.

Is this a known issue or something? I tried kicking someone outta my neighborhood and nothing happened. The person is still there. And the weird thing is this person appeared twice on my neighborhood list of people. Whats going on??
