I really believe this could be a great addition to the game...
Okay so imagine that there are three types of game changing weather types. There are rain, wind, thunder. When you go to attack, you have the option of paying a certain amount of money ( price varies based on town hall level ) to have the gambler building randomly choose one of the three types of weather. Also, you can only enable the weather gambler once the battle has begun. In other words, you won't be able to see what weather type it is until you activate it in battle. So thats how it works
Regarding the abilities of it, each type will positively affect some troops, and negatively affect others. The weather type will also boost or decrease the ability of certain defenses.
What will this do to the game? Well I think this might help bring back the 'fun' to the game. Randomly chosen weather types will increase the enjoyment in attacking. Sometimes you might crush an opponent, while other times the weather type will severely hurt your army. the question is, are you willing to take the chance?
Can this become overpowered? In some cases, when you have the right army composition for the type of weather, you will have a huge advantage. Other times, your units will be the ones that are negatively affected by the weather, and this will make attacking much more difficult. So to answer the question, no its not over powered. The negatives and positives would balance out over multiple battles.
Regarding what troops/defenses are affected by which weather type and how they are affected is undecided. Thats up to supercell if they wanted to incorporate this idea!
Let me know your opinions and possible additionsThanks

Thanks
