How do you add a neighbor? Whenever I try....it says I cant because the person is already in a neighborhood....it's confusing.

From what I have seen, the envelope need to be yellow to invite them.

No, that's probably not what happened. I accidently touched the report button when I went to touch the visit their farm button. I reported the problem and wrote it here in the forum. I felt so bad because the neighbor (if they see this) probably is wondering what the heck happened!! I feel so bad about it. I wrote to SC and said they had to minimize the report button or put a confirmation on it. Geez, I still feel so bad so try not to take it as a negative because more than likely it wasn't meant to happen....unless it was you who I did this to....was it?

If rhey are already in a NH you cannot invite them.

Someone said 'Hi' so I responded 'Hello' and was reported almost immediately. Apparently the profanity filter is extra sensitive.

I'm bummed that I may end up getting kicked out of the neighborhood and that I unintentionally made a bad first impression on my fellow neighbors.

If something is ****'d out it doesnt automatically mean you are reported. The players in your NH would have to report you with the report button.

If you get a few reports in a limited amount of time you are banned from chat for 24 hours and doesnt mean you are kicked out of the NH automatically unless the people kick you there.

that being said the profanity filter is very tight and they are looking into improving it in future updates but please keep that in mind. Not everything is meant to be swearing as simple words as fishing are starred out too.

I agree, I have created a Neighborhood and not being able to invite my HayDay friends/followers is very frustrating! I know my HayDay friends play the game and we have to try to "read each other's minds" in order to accomplish any trades/sales/helps. WHY? So frustrating! It is a massive flaw! We already have great "working game relationships" with HayDay friends/followers, so please enable HayDay Friend direct communications SuperCell.

I understand you want to get people who don't already play HayDay interested in the game. That would be a reason to encourage those already playing the game to invite their outside friends (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) to the game, and get them interested to broaden the player base. I get all that, but please don't keep us from directly communicating with our HayDay friends.

Being able to invite ONLY Facebook friends as NH Creator is a massive flaw and really awful. I may as well chat with these people on Facebook to arrange trades/etc like I have been long before this update. I wish I could add all my followers and people I follow... or maybe my last helpers... this is very saddening. Also I wish I could visit farms in another Neighborhoods playerlist like the Boat leaderboards type fashion would be awesome but possibly too much power...

I would like HayDay players who are very active to join my neighborhood. I want to get 20 solid members together to enjoy the game and help one another out and who also play daily. So much work to find a Neighborhood that works for us. We already have "working farming neighborhood" relationships established with HD friends/followers. Please allow direct communication instead of wasting our time with dropping in and out of neighborhoods of total strangers. No benefit, and a huge flaw!

All this neighborhood business is giving me a headache. I bounced in and out of several before I found one that had people actually communicating. I don't understand why adding people to chat is SO restrictive. I want to chat with the people that I have helped and have helped me, or people I follow/follow me... not random strangers

The neighbourhood I was in just sucked. I'd post the need for a product for my boat and even 24 hours later no replies. Kinda stupid. Soooo, I created my own neighbourhood. Actually Active People hahaha. However I am the only person in it and I'm only level low 30s, so probably can't help too much, but join if you want. Just play everyday!

I like the new update because finally I can visit my long time hay day friends and neighbors in their neighborhoods to thank them for all the help I have gotten from them over the past year. How wonderful it has been to find out where they are and to chat for awhile. It is too bad this did not happen when neighborhoods were first introduced. At this point the players I have visited are in good neighborhoods, and so am I, so we stay where we are. But at least we can visit now. Perhaps visiting between neighborhoods will become easier in the future.

I'm not sure I want to join a neighborhood. What if I can't play for a few days? Will they be ticked off because I'm not around to help? It's like that in some cooperative online games.

I janilee, that is our concern too. My bf and I play a lot now but it's winter and we have little work, with little to do for fun. Come spring summer works gets insane and we go camping on the weekends so we won't be as active.
