What do you mean by "every item must be used?" Do you mean every item must be included in the design? Or just that all items must be on your land?

Um, I think i'm going to put in the thread every item (excluding decorations) must be used in the Layout.

I do not understand why that would be beneficial. But if you want to, I have no problem with adding that in
