    What I need you to do is place an IN-GAME Support ticket. Go into the farm that you currently have access to..the new one.

    From within this new game, tap Help and Feedback-->Report an Issue-->Lost Farm. Then supply the information requested as prewritten in the text area. Also include that you sent an email through another contact address and list the ticket number you gave above, so they can match things up. Do NOT delete ANY of the prewritten text...Support requires this device/user information in order to more quickly recover your farm.

    This will still take some time for them to recover your farm, so please be patient. It will, however, speed things up a bit by going through the IN-GAME support system. Hold onto your existing ticket number AND the additional ticket number you will receive by auto-reply email once you've placed the IN-GAME Support ticket.

    I've been doing this, however. After two weeks they did not reply to me. . And there is no auto-reply ticket number. Now I do not know how to do. I hope you can help me contact with the technical staff. The data association to help me on my Google account

    Oh dear. I'm sorry to inform you after all of my attempts to assist you, that SC is unable to support games played on emulators. With that in mind, I'm not sure what can be done for you.

    If you ever had this game attached to your Android device, you can follow my instructions to place an IN-GAME support ticket in hopes that they can find and recover your farm, and then please be patient. Other than that, there is nothing more I can do.

    The reason I lose data. Because I had no Google account associated with the game. My friend through the game inside the tribal castle can also find my name, my blog can see the situation.
    I really hope that you will be able to associate my village in my Google account above. So I can continue the game
