What I need you to do is place an IN-GAME Support ticket. Go into the farm that you currently have access to..the new one.
From within this new game, tap Help and Feedback-->Report an Issue-->Lost Farm. Then supply the information requested as prewritten in the text area. Also include that you sent an email through another contact address and list the ticket number you gave above, so they can match things up. Do NOT delete ANY of the prewritten text...Support requires this device/user information in order to more quickly recover your farm.
This will still take some time for them to recover your farm, so please be patient. It will, however, speed things up a bit by going through the IN-GAME support system. Hold onto your existing ticket number AND the additional ticket number you will receive by auto-reply email once you've placed the IN-GAME Support ticket.
