    This is how it happened.Recently COC game update.Before, I play COC without the use of Google account login.
    Therefore, the COC update later, I lost data. Now if I log in the game, the game will start again, become nothing, start over. I don't hope so.

    DO you have your account on a iDevice? If yes, log on to a NEW google+ account and link the village.If not, make sure you have never linked an account to your google+ account.If you have linked it on an other google+ account go to Settings, Google+ logged on button, log out of your email and then connect to the right email.If this doesnt work try to contact Supercell again

    thank you...but My problem is not so simple
    I can not contact SUPERSELL, they did not reply to me. Have two weeks it. I did not reply
    Before I did not use Google + logged games. . Later update. COC re-download a client. Not covered by the data in the original file. Login lead the newly downloaded COC. The game will start again. I am very confused

    Please give me the ticket numbers you received in the auto-replies to your emails sent for support on this lost farm issue.

    Start with the FIRST one sent and include the date it was sent and HOW it was sent (through the in-game Report an Issue system or other email.

    Then list below the first one, in date order if possible, the other ticket numbers you received in the repeat emails. Also, please mark each ticket to HOW it was sent.

    My village after the January update that is lost. Before I did not use Google link. Because the software is linked problems.

    Thank you for the ticket number. I understand that you are upset about this but please do NOT make any more duplicate posts. Placing your issue in 2 or even 3 overlapping and appropriate topic categories or threads is fine but repeated duplicate threads within minutes only serves to spam the forum and is against rules. Especially when several of them contain personal information.

    Please do not post any more duplicate threads regarding this issue. You can post future questions or concerns on this thread. I've removed the others to protect your personal information and to clear the forum.

    I also need to know HOW you sent those emails and which method gave you that ticket number. Was it through the IN-GAME Support system or an outside email?

    Then I re-send mail to SUPERSELL. He never automatically reply to me
