What are ur hero lvl?
Seems like u meet the unity air force reqs, if your heroes are lvl 30+ combined, u could try to apply in game direct.

Heros are both lvl 17 now, he is in opes rapture atmI'm considering leaving my clan because we hardly ever go to war and that's the main thing I want in a clan. Was wondering if any of the clans had wars constantly. Here's my base, I just went to TH10 a week ago though.

Here you can see my village; I'm level 102, maxed troops for th 9, exept for witch and golem.
Maxed defenses exept for x-bows and 3 ADs. BK to level 10 and AQ to level 7.

seems like you meet the req for vanguards, though you should upgrade your walls and heroes asap. =)

Vanguards require 20 hero levels and are not making exceptions at this moment. Sorry! Within a week or two you could meet the requirements though!
