We no longer employ a feeder system. Join the clan whose requirements you fit and then grow with them. Our requirements are always going up and we tend to be very active and social in all five clans. We generally do a push every month or two and create a temp clan called Unity Champions where all the pushers get together to encourage each other and chat with people they don't usually see in clan chat.
Also, we use Glassboard to communicate between clans so once you're in any single clan, you're family and can talk with all of us, all the time.
