I searched you guys up and after a long 18 minutes of jumping through old recruitment threads to new ones i finally got here. Heres the base:

Unfortunately, you're way off on the wall requirement for Elite. As best as I can tell you meet Vanguards' requirements, though. Try applying in game.

By your hero levels you fit best into Vanguards. Once you get those heros up you could join Air Force, but you are off by 11 levels so I dont think they will make that big of an exception. So please apply to vanguards
