You need 125 level 9 walls to get into elite and Titans and air force run wars 24/7 and are both undefeated

Hi! I've got a few questions. One, I don't meet some of the wall requirements but how big of a deal is it? Another is if I want to be in Air Force do I need to use loonion? Thanks and my base is attached.
