Sure. The easiest way to apply if you met the reqs is to apply in-game.

Hey im gonna come back to clash due to clan wars would it be all right if I rejoined the alliance i fit the reqs for titans now lvl98 maxxed all th 8 except walls (157) and am now th9

Thanks for the interest in Unity Alliance. Whichever clan you are interested in, just apply in-game if you meet the reqs. You can find the reqs on the first page of this thread or the most up-to-date will likely be in each clans' descriptions.
