    Lol we are, we're so used to playing HD that when they need to do maintenance we don't know what the heck to do. So we come over to the forums & see what's happening.

    Like many of you ... I am eager to see what new features that the update brings. It could be in process now or sometime next week.

    BUT ...... As usual, I have to put on my IT suit and explain the difference between maintenance and an outage. In the REAL world of applications programming, unscheduled unavaiability of a system is an OUTAGE. When customers/ players/ stakeholders are deprived of the application without any warning (like Hay Day always does), that is an unplanned outage. In the real world .... Too many of these will get you fired or at the very least, a poor review.

    SC needs to Schedule these events and publish the times that the system will be unavailable. Like others, I will probably lose the use of Tom for one or two cycles, depending how long this outage lasts.

    Talented guys, but they have very little knowledge of how to manage a software community as large as the hey day community. This has been a thorn in my side since I began playing.

    Sometimes things happen unscheduled. So just stay tuned, going to be soon fixed.
