Really none of these for me. I chose the top answer, bbut the reason I farm them is that bases look alot less intimidating with lvl6 walls than they do with lvl 7 or 8 walls. So when I have all lvl7, I might not farm walls for a while.
I love farming them and seeing my village in sexy high level walls!
Its a grind but i do it because all my friends/clan has them
I hate it..... but do it for status
I dont farm walls because hogs and flying units dont care what level your walls are

I upgrade mostly because i think they look cool at higher levels
Soooooo, most people upgrade walls because they look cool? What has this world come to?!?!?!?!?
It's a status symbol, like mansions and stuff.
So it shows how good you are at farming? Why not just use mortars or other defenses instead?

I mainly upgrade my walls for their purpose, better defence. At my th lvl walls play a big part in intimidating a potential attacker and vice versa, If i see walls that seem abit to hard to breach i wont even try -next-
