Seperate Clan Chat For leaders and Co-leaders

I feel there should be a separate chat forum where the leaders and co-leaders of a clan are able to discuss what they are going to do with the clan without members and elders joining in the conversation. I believe it will make running a clan a lot easier without interruptions.

Good thing to use when leaders, and co-leaders discuss things like, kicking a player, or whatever
