New Feature!
Everyone wants a base that is lined with trees on the border. (that was rhetorical) I think it would be cool if we could move obstacles. So we COULD have a base bordered with trees!
Another idea is we buy obstacles and move them. If we buy them it wouldnt count as the achievement; it also wouldnt give us gems!

I think it's fine the way it is. Gives you a sense of accomplishment when you get that last tree to spawn on the border.
