I'm protesting mine. I've maxed all other elixer troops over a month ago but am refusing to do archers due to time and what you get back. Would rather work on maxing my de troops.

Haha, yeah you can see I've done a few troops at TH9 before them. I did barbs, giants, balloons, and minions before archers. Kept putting them off. Finally caved due to clan pressure (I'm the last person in a top 200 clan without L6 archers. LolOriginally Posted by Terraist

It's the most used tier 1 troop in the game, so yeah, the most expensive. And it's been like this for too long for SC to implement any changes (unless they introduces another 1 or 2 level for the archer).
I know it's ♥♥, but like the rest of us, you have to suck it up and get them.

No empty castles, no used up traps, infernos full, xbows are strapped.

I think Level 6 Archers are a waste of elixir, they improve so little over level 5 that they really make no difference (except for the cost).
I had to wait 12 days for Level 4 Hogs and that was loooong... but totally worth it.
10% DPS boost is huge.

why? I am not convinced that 10% DPS increase costs 50% more elixir.
Why is everyone saying lv6 archer is a must? Don't understand.
I've tried to have this argument (I really don't like archers much) a few times and got trashed on by everyone with some lovely and very personal hate. I hope you have better luck with it mate
