Be able to attack any village as a mini game (please read- don't judge)
I was thinking, maybe as a mini game, in the game. You could chose your level of your troops, and any troop. Take any troop, any amount in to battle. For example (this wouldn't be part of the main game) you can attack the people on the top leaderboards with your custom army. So the noobs or people who don't have the higher levelled troop like witches for example can use them against the top people and see if they can destroy their bases.
