Sorry to listen mate, but if you don't have access to that account from any of your devices, You can do nothing rather contacting Supercell.

I'm sorry to hear about your village, and yes you will have to contact Support. In the thread I linked for you below there are instructions on what to do in the section towards the middle with this heading: "If you did not use Google+ in the past, Clash Player Support can try to reattach your game to a new Google+ account. Please follow these steps:"
