    My TH9 Base - Please Review and feel free to use it

    I am a fairly new th9, and have almost finished both xbows, still upgrading my new wiz, at and tesla
    Designed this base and it has been quite good so far. This base has been tested at gold 2 (1650-1750)



    Storages are separated quite well (but I currently only have 3 o, wizard towers and AD spread out and point defences spread out. CC only lureable after destroying walls.

    Ideally hogs and giants don't access the core and instead travel around the base, with the archer towers in the small compartments stopping them. So far it has been quite successful.

    Previous Defences
    In the older raids I used a slightly different design. In each raid my lowest level wizard tower was upgrading. In the first 2 raids I had no xbows, and the later raids I only had one. So far no one has managed to destroy my town hall




    1. Was offering 350k gold and elixir, only fully destroyed the top right storages and slight damage on bottom left. Clan castle had balloons (for a war attack I was planning) and they were lured and did little damage to his army.

    My Previous version of this base
    2. I had no CC Troops and was offereing 300k gold and 150 elixir. Destroyed I gold and 2 elixir storages and broke into the core
    3. Used giants to break through initial defences then hog riders. Hogs stayed out of core as planned but I had no double giant bombs next to each so he got most defences. Archers and AQ and Goblins then Got half the storages (2 gold 1 elixir)


    4. Repeated raid 3
    5. Had no xbows built. Giants all dead in one quadrant archers finished off buildings. Managed to get 3 storages (2 gold 1 elixir)
    6. Not much to say. Quickly destroyed by splash damage and CC. Didn't destroy any storages

    Clan wars attack
    1. 46% th9 giants and archers (23 giants, 12wb, 70 archers, bk,aq, 1 heal, 1 rage)

    Previous attacks were using another layout


    Any hints tips and help are greatly appreciated.

    If u check all the anti hog bases u will find 3 Rings(circle like compartment)

    The. Air defence and the teslas will attract the hogs towards the center and will cause total destruction

    Hi, i'm new to this game, just started 2 days ago and i have TH 3.Any tips?My goal is to protect the gold and elixir, the ones that are surrounded by walls are higher levels than the ones outside.Screenshot_2014-04-23-14-21-39.jpg

    Its not anti hog. Someone a few posts up explained this.

    The compartments are a bit big
    the clan castle can be lured. I would switch it with the mortar.

    Thanks for the feedback nathan, didn't quote as the thread would become longer unnecessarily. By empty spot are you talking about the place where the traps are kept? Reason I put that was because I had a couple of extra walls and traps to use. Any suggestions how to make it better (what to put there instead of the traps)?

    Yes, that's what I meant. I would use them to push the spawn point back, because now they aren't doing much.
