Here are some helpful things to know. Posting these will help get you better advice.

Purpose (trophy hunting, farming gold/elixer, farming DE, ect.)
Trophy level (What trophy level is your base for?)
Some certain things you like (lots of places for teslas, funnels, and other things you like with your base)
things you don't like (things you think you need help on)

Hello this is my Town Hall 7 farming base for Gold and Elixir till purple walls are done. I am then hoping to make it to Crystal lll to farm Dark Elixir with this design.

If I was to place the Barbarian King (once I got him) where the Dark Barracks are would that be a good place?
Can this design work for a Crystal lll Dark Elixir farming base?
