    I cant give you base advice, but can tell you this. Never ever boost mines, I used to that when I started playing a few weeks ago and then realized that its not very useful at all and waste of gems. I can get a over a million resources in one hour just boosting barrack for 10 gems and raiding while you could boost all your mines with a lot of gems and not get nearly close to that amount of resources in a full day! And if you get raided there goes half your resources in those mines easily with a few goblins or archers outside.

    Double walls rarely work well
    the mortars aren't that protected
    i would switch the ATs with the WTs right next to them
    definantly move the AD in

    Since Hogs will attack defensive buildings, they tend to gather to central area after deployed to this base.
    And Inferno Towers can reduce the power of Healing Spell efficiently.

    Still, I haven't figure out the best strategy against Hogs yet.
    But this is the best one I got so far.
    It's nice, although I already rated it.

    I have been using the Black Hole, designed by Mavios of Ironbound clan and can't praise it highly enough.
    I started using it at TH9 to help with the constant Hog attacks whilst saving for TH10.

    Apart from the standard anti-hog ring the key to this base is the doubling of the giant bombs.
    Putting 2 giant bombs together like that and leading the hogs on to them totally smokes them. Level 5 Hogs can scrape though from level 3 bombs (max available at TH9) with a sliver of health but the wizard tower/xbows will finish them off. And it usually leads to the attacker throwing out a heal potion too late and wasting it.

    After my TH10 upgrade finished I liked the design so much I kept it with a few tweaks. Most attacks now get in the region of only 1-30%.
    It lends itself well to farming with minimal conversion – the TH gets moved out to a far corner, the CC goes central and the DE storage goes where the CC was in the core.

    This is a take on Mavios's TH9 base for a TH10 trophy layout (using this now to push to Masters):

    You should make the second requirment TH9 and you should also add Upgrade orders for each town hall to make this thread an all around Advice thread

    I love the base, are you sure lvl 4 giant bombs are available at th9? That's what you said if im not mistaken, but otherwise it looks great. I will use this as a push base, and see no weaknesses. 10/10! Plus this looks like a variation of the black whole...call it something else

    I think that too much storages are available if I attacked from the bottom left side/top right side, spread them more throughout the base, and make sure your wiz tows only protect 2 storages, any more and it is too weak and cant fend for itself. 8/10
