great question, and if pm, then how would u want the roster pmed, just the roster names, no formatting?

Same question i have filled in spreadsheet and players down now are final (i have changed it a few times over the two weeks). Also what is the deadline for all my members to be in clan?

I know the contest has not officially started, but most are already pushing(like me). Here are some friendly faces of competing clan, unfortunately its only been Sky so far(there are so many of you up here) and I hope to see some more competing clans soon. See you all on the battlefield!

The reason for this is that I want the comp to be fun and we have a great team of people stepping up to make management of the roster spreadsheet surprisingly easy. Thanks to Gems, aTh and OmegaDark for helping get the spreadsheet updated today

Please check the spreadsheet to verify your roster is accurate, if it isn't please send me a full list of names and we will get it updated.

I want to thank everyone for their patience in this process as we are all kind of learning as we go, and I will try to catch up and answer any questions on this thread over the next hour or so.

How do I PM you the roster?

Use the forum Private Message function. You should be able to click on my name and send a private message. If that doesn't work, you can post your roster here, but that isn't ideal because if everyone posted rosters and roster changes to this thread it would be clogged up.

If I put it on the spreadsheet, should I PM it to you as well?

Yes, please PM it to me as well so we can verify it for accuracy and protect against any accidental changes. Also, please verify that your roster looks accurate and if you see a discrepancy, let me know.

The formatting isn't that important but if you want to make our job easy put one clan member per line, up to 50 members. Also, please make sure you mention your clan name somewhere in the message.

I'm still taking roster changes and rosters, but get them in quick. We don't want to be back logged with 20 roster changes an hour before the comp starts.

Thanks for all your patience with the rosters, we are still learning as we go through this process. So far, it's been working out really well, and I've had some really good help. I will try to answer/clarify any questions anyone has and will be monitoring this thread closely up until the comp start time.
