    I wish SC would just address the problem so I don't keep coming on here hoping for an answer.

    I would like an answer to the question "do you think there are loot problems that need addressing?"

    If the answer is no then I can quite happily quit the game with no regrets instead of treading water waiting for something to happen. Not even the clan banter keeps me playing at the moment which is a shame after over a year of clanning with these guys.

    I need loot

    I know what u guys are thinking. Why is this guy just talking to us when he could do this on his own. But I need some advice on getting more loot. Please I need loot for lvl 7 town hall

    Loot can be great...and at other times it can be painfully poor. The inconsistency is irritating.

    I personally think "good" loot is tied to seeing more abandoned bases. Thats not to say I want to only attack abandoned bases - no. I want to attack bases with 200k+ gold whatever they look like, storage or mines. It is just a simple fact that more and more active players are being smarter about when they log off and how much gold they leave on show for attackers. I see more an more bases with players having next to no gold and 100's of K of elixir...

    So, logically, it would appear that most times we see bases with high amounts of loot, the player has been of line for many hours.

    When loot is good I hope that its due to SC fixing something but it seems this is just a phase given loots have always gone back to being ♥♥♥♥ again.

    I'd stick my neck on the line and say that you have never before seen such a raid and have not got anywhere near that size of raid since...

    I've had 2 x 500k in a day last week. Does not mean that today I am imagining the fact that although im raiding millions, my search costs are meaning i wals away with less than 50% of what I steal..well less than 50%.

    Time to skip and number of sub 50k fights presented is why I say loot sucks

    Sunday was my worst farming day ever, with only one 100+k gold raid.

    Then Monday became my best farming day ever, with 6.5M gold and 22k DE farmed in about 6 hours.

    Early indication shows that today is not bad, but I got work to do.

    i have another screenshot but i have exceeded the filesize quota hence, unable to upload.
    I've managed to get 1.2mil in 1hr 4mins. Not GREAT but compared to the current situation, loot is still fine for me

    The day after the loot update, I had a sweet win, over 900k, and Then the christmas boosting gave continued great loot, so I was gemming some build times as my storages were constantly full. Lovely. Since the 1gem boost ended, it has been a slog. I was getting 250-300k gold easily, now the amount has dropped to below 100k, and above this is usually a heavily protected base, so I could use all my spells, but would need to gem to boost or wait hours.

    it is getting a bit dull, but at least I don't have to gem builds anymore. Every cloud...

    come on SC, just add in some gold to placate us moaning gits, eh? An extra collector? Extra levels? Come on...

    Funny when people say this is a boring thread. Why did you reply to 'boring' threads?

    Regarding the OP, it's been a while since the loot system overhaul. One of the mods mentioned that proper tweaks will be made to it once they have better statistics. But no news so far. I wonder if this kind of gameplay is actually intended. Massive next fest.

    Another factor may contribute to the poor loot (not sure if anyone mentioned before), that the last update did not add any new defense level. It means if a base is already maxed on defense, they can keep the gold storage low by upgrading on walls and never need to keep more than 100k gold. Player without max defense can also focus on walls before defense and keep storage low.

    I usually very patient with the search, not willing to settle on a low resource raid. But lately, especially during the day (US. estern), it could take up to half hour to find a decent hit (300K + on hitting next). That is very painful and boring to be honest. It's hard to believe SC hasn't made any correction as it is counter productive on their revenue. Longer the search means less raid and less boosting on troops.
