Loot is fine for both th9 and 10. Has been for the last few weeks.
I really find it hard to believe that people with a th10 aren't clicking next an excessive amount of times to find a base with at least 200k gold. I'm not talking collector raids... I don't farm. I just like a forward progression, lately it feels as if I'm going backwards. Ever since that loot change.
There are a lot of people on this forum who believe that their way of playing is best. Whether they are farmers/anti-farmers/trophy hunters/gemmers. But really it all comes down to "Are you having fun playing?" I am a hardcore farmer. I DO care about my gold per hour and right now it's terrible. I am not telling you how to play the game so why do so many of you come on here and try to tell those of us who don't like the system to adapt or just shut up?
But you are definitely NOT a farmer. Anyone who says they don't care about average gold per hour is not a farmer. And really, I don't understand why you guys get so hurt when someone says you aren't a farmer. Your style is different than those of us who go hardcore to get the maximum amount of gold per hour. And good for you! I'm glad your enjoying yourself.
And I looked at your base and mine is very comparable but I've only been playing for 6 months (with the only gem purchases being for the 5th builder and for trophy hunting). So if you are talking about efficient farming, I would tell you that you aren't farming the right way. But again, does that really matter to you? You are having fun so don't take it personal when someone tells you that you aren't a farmer.
another helpful post......so glad you could contribute. Would you care to back up your fine statement with one bit of evidence that the loot is good?
I'd really be impressed if someone could show me a 1 hour timeframe where they made 1.5 mil per hour. Then I would gladly agree that our loot problems have been fixed. Because all I see is guys showing pictures of raids every 45 minutes at 250k. Anyone can find a good raid in 45 minutes.
Interesting thing on this is that I have been sporting max loot for few days now. I have been getting very limited action on my th9 base, but biggest reason is that I have been in silver. Up in crystal I got steamrolled more often and a lot quicker even with way less loot on offer.
Decided to drop to silver after I spotted couple of rich inactives in silver I from lower gold III. Surprising good farming with little threat from raiders.
Even before the loot system change the amount of loot gotten was a normal complaint. Now with all the previously listed recent changes it does create a difficult situation. Add human actions and the general activity level of people looking for loot and it means it is very difficult to make real loot judgements.
Because every new idea have to answer this simple question:
"will this change make the fanboys bye more gems?"
if the answer is no they won't spend any time on new code.
