Seperate tab for elders and co leaders

There should be a seperate tab that states "meeting room" or "elders + chat" for elders and above. Elders and above could access it but if members click it. It wuld show a statement in red " for seniors only" or "this chat is for elders and above GET LOST"

The leader and co leader shuld be given the ability to send messages to a particular member or members by selecting those who will receive the letter . rather than to all the clan members only.

That way they can warn or query a clan member or members (in cases where they curse other members, are too stingy having 900 receives and 0 donates ,kick out for no reason, stay inactive for long periods etc) without making it public .

and the co leaders and leaders could send messages to each other like very confidential messages that cant be discussed in the "meeting room".
selective messaging wuld be a good clan feature in the game and seperate elder + chat wuld be nice. right
