I think it would be easier to run a clan if the leaders and elders of the clan could go into a seperate chat so that other clan members wouldn't be able to see what the leaders are discussing. It would help leaders and elders communicate and discuss things (kicking, donations, etc.) without alarming or starting up anything. This new chat would help in running the clan.

It actually is rather confusing, as it doesn't state 'THESE IDEAS ARE NOT RULED OUT'. The name of the sticky is 'Read before posting- Ideas ruled out subforum guidelines.', and they never state that the ideas at the beginning are NOT ruled out.

I think this is a good idea. But I think a clan should be open enough to talk aloud. If necessary texting apps exists like group me!
