    Tesla Tower Chain Selection

    A tesla tower should have a button where it switches to chain damage.

    The chain damage should spread across 3-7 ground/air units depending on tesla tower level.

    Chain damage should be decreased depending on how many troops the chain travels through.

    A example would be that the first shot from the tesla hits an enemy troop does full damage but deals less damage as it chains off from the first enemy.

    The damage that chains through the enemies should be decreased by a 1/4 each enemy it travels through.

    I like it but the beginning DPS from normal mode to chain mode should decrease by A LOT

    Then maybe it should decrease by 3/4 of the damage every chain

    No what I mean is that

    Lvl 4 tesla does 55 DPS

    on normal mode, it still does 55 DPS

    on chain mode, it would do like 40 DPS or something and it decreases like 2 DPS every time it hits another troop?

    No divide the DPS by .75 every time it chains off. ( Could Change If Too Little )

    The damage should round to highest number knowing that it will decrease all the way below one :3

    So instead of decreasing .75 all the time maybe it should only decrease .30 every chain just before it reaches below 5 damage in the chain.

    But if it decreases by two damage every chain that would be fine

    If you divide by 0.75 you get a higher number. Also there are a few other threads that are like yours but are more detailed. Post on those before creating a new thread.
