Zapping can't and shouldn't be considered farming. It's more of a handicap for people who can't farm dark elixer. I would thank Supercell if they added a way to prevent it.

imo , it is , people trade 60k elixir and an hour anad a half for a bunch of 500 DE mostly , like how ppl uses goblins to farm on collectors

people will go for the cheaper way to gain profit , either with cheap army tactic , or with cheap spells tactics

and zappers risk a chance of getting revenged and 3 starred by higher TH , if ypu (or anyone) having a large amount of DE and dont like being zapped , farm at highr leagues , just dont stay where TH7&8s farm and the moan in the forum about how bad zapping is , on the other hand if you get zapped by TH similar/higher and you cant revenge them , sadly its on you , zap them back or do nothing and enjoy extra trophies/12H sheild

I'm not sure why people are under the misconception that going higher in trophies solves everything. You run the risk of getting zapped at any range. I don't see why I should have to sacrifice my ability to farm and play the game the way I want to so that I have to compensate for someone else's lack of skill. If Supercell only added a way to defend against it then all our problems would be solved.
