Once a builder has completed so many hours work he becomes upgraded. Like troops get stronger, builders get quicker.

this could also be used on barracks, after 10,000 troops have been churned out its production rate increases slightly.

this Will make both raiding and building quicker.

Nice idea but I believe ideas along the lines of builders being able to upgrades faster are ruled out, sorry.
