I would think that it would be benificial for everybody, and most likely only not affecting those already fully capped. I would hope that it would encourage players more to upgrade their mines and collectors to take full advantage of this feature and to improve available loot for attackers.

This idea seems very usefull especially for higher town hall levels... (Going to th 9)
This will help when builders are not busy, and it will help to get some more resources when the upgrades cost 6,000,000+
Although I think we should be able to implement this on dark elixir drills. So it could also help with some INSANE hero upgrades.

Hmm, well maybe it makes sense to have DE drills as an option as well, only for a much smaller boost? For example, you could place a builder to work on a mine or elixer for a 2x boost, or you could set the builder on a DE drill for less, say 1.25 or 1.5?

I think that there should be a limit to minimum time spent maybe 4 or 6 hours. and you can have him on for a longer time but that way it doesn't get abused. in other words, I think if this happened EVERYONE would have their builder working at any time he was not doing something else... this makes it a little bit more of a price for the resource gain.
I like the idea.
Great idea, for example, this would be useful while farming just for walls or to upgrade th as you only need 1 builder, plus the other two help you upgrade sooner!
