If nobody is talking on it then just leave it alone.. It's annoying when you have a page of mainly you talking. I don't like the idea because traps are hidden and should stay hidden. I just don't get it..

    CoC needs defenses not troops

A skilled TH9 with witches, golems, etc... can 2 star ALL town hall 10s, infernos were good at downgrading the hogs, but what about witches??? There needs to be something done....

Sorry that this sub-forum is super inactive. Thanks for the input.

So are you saying that this will make witches OP now?

sorry i dont see this happening at all...the very idea of the traps is to be hidden and they can do serious damage if placed really well...predicting trap placement is also a skill that should be picked up by practice..

imo a scout will defeat the very purpose of the traps being hidden in the first place, no matter the cost to train or space required..so no

My idea exactly. It could upgrade to make a larger radius or the ability to destroy traps. One question: How does this work with teslas?

I see your point, but thanks for the input!

It reveals the first tesla it comes across, the rest stay hidden. It isn’t all that big of a difference, but it might help a bit.

    Question Destruction of Teslas

Would this spell and or troop destroy the teslas?

    Scout or Trap Master

The Scout is cool but I think the trap master has a good roll to. The TM would have stealth and use the traps on other troops and builds. Your thoughts.

Description: Known primarily for their incredible eyesight, Scouts can reveal the unseen.

    How to use the Scout:

The Scout is mainly used in the 30 second pre-battle phase/prep, here he runs around the village and reveals and unarms the amount allowed for its level. The Scout can be used in the battle time, but it can be killed. The Scout doesn't cause the battle to begin, but when more troops are place or the allotted 30 seconds runs out, the battle begins.

    Troop Capacity: 6
    Train Time: 12 minutes
    Town Hall Required: 6

    Troop Info:

Level Cost (Elixir) DPS Hitpoints Speed Reveal Radius Ability*
    1 2,000 0 50 30 10 None
    2 2,500 0 60 32 11 None
    3 4,000 0 70 34 12 Unarm 1 Trap**
    4 5,250 0 80 36 14 Unarm 2 Traps** or 1 Giant Bomb/Seeking Air Mine
    5 6,500 0 85 38 15 Unarm 3 Traps** or 2 Giant Bombs/Seeking Air Mines
    6 7,500 0 90 40 16 Unarm 4 Traps** or 2 Giant Bombs/Seeking Air Mines

    Troop Upgrade Info:

Level Cost (Elixir) Time Townhall Level
    2 105,000 16 hrs 6
    3 500,000 2 days 12 hrs 7
    4 1,000,000 4 days 8
    5 2,500,000 7 days 12 hrs 9
    6 4,250,000 9 days 12 hrs 10

    What can the Scout reveal?

When the following traps are within the Scout's reveal radius the trap gets revealed.

    Bombs/Giant Bombs
    Spring Traps
    Air Bombs/Seeking Air Mines
    Hidden Tesla (Only 1)
    Clan Castle Troops

What if a Scout is in my Clan Castle?

Offensively: Has same function. If accompanied with other troops it does begin the battle.
Defensively: If a Scout is placed by the attacker, within the Clan Castle radius, the Scout appears out of the defending Clan Castle. The Scout then warns the defenses and the battle begins.

    Miscellaneous
    :

If a Rage Spell is used, and the Scout is within the radius, it will have the same DPS as the Barbarians you can train. Although the Scout can see far a way, he can't see things at short distances until he is enraged, then he sees his sword.

The Scout is a tall, skinny man who looks like he went on a safari, lol. He has a pair of binoculars around his neck and a canteen around his shoulder. He wears black boots, long white socks, which are barely visible, greenish-gray shorts (with plenty of pockets), a collared shirt the same color as his shorts, and a hat with a brim all the way around. On his belt, there is a scabbard (look it up) with a sword in it.

NOTE: The Scout does have an ability, but I felt it would be too under powered to be the next DE troop.

*The Scout unarms the nearest traps. You DO NOT get to choose what traps to unarm

**Traps include, Bombs, Spring Traps, and Air Bombs. Not Giant Bombs, Seeking Air Mines, or Teslas.
