For now, I am supportive of the idea WITHOUT gems being awarded.

When there is a fail proof security measure implemented to STOP people from abusing this, I'll hop on board with the gems

Good point about levels, I will probably do some tweaks an implement it.

However, any awards that are awarded by the leader cannot carry a gem reward, as it can then be exploited by the leader constantly awarding it to him/herself and getting the gems over and over.

Ah, I hadn't thought of that. Still though, that's a respectable title to have!

I really like this idea, but there is a problem...
If the Leader just so happens to like a particular clan member, or has a different account on another device, and it's in the clan, the leader could be biased, and give the gems to this favourite player, or the leaders account.

Good idea though.

Maybe also add a runner up prize I.e I get 2nd place I. Donations o get 3 gems and a shield but it also has 2 Is like in a gold 2 badge

THE AVAILABLE AWARDS.

SECTION 2.1.1

AUTOMATICALLY AWARDED:

Automatically awarded prizes are based on statistics and carry gems as a reward.

HIGHEST DONOR:
This prize is automatically awarded at the end of the season to the clan member who has donated the most troops. This prize carries a reward of 10 gems, as well as a green badge that appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.

RICHEST MEMBER:
This prize is automatically awarded at the end of the season to the clan member who has gotten the most resources since the beginning of the season (Note that this includes resources lost from raids. If you gain 100 resources and lose 5 resources, you would have gained 95 resources for the season.)

last time I checked 100-5=95. I don't know why this bugs me but it does. So can you please put in the nine?

If your members are active then that is the entire point of having the reward system.

back in my days as a lurker i remember reading this and liking it. of course then i didnt know the author was someone i would admire as a leader and keep trying to tell witout being annoying to start survive for 5 already
