    Thumbs up 👎one man clan

    If I were to make a clan and close it then i would be getting lots of gems for doing absoluteley nothing except waiting, i think it should only come into action once a clan has 20 members or 10 like a clan war to avoid even more one man clans because they already clog up the search results as it is...... I mean if there was no global leaderboard could you find the REAL quantums web, mega, kings rock etc

    Julez specifically said "YOU MUST AT LEAST have 10 people in your clan for clan rewards to be given"
    Scroll down to section 2.2, it has all your information answered.

    Read before bashing this idea, it is your fault because YOU did NOT decide to read his post.

    If you were to read the bolded parts of the thread, I think you'll find that your concern has been addressed multiple times.

    This is a great idea, and I think Supercell should have a similar system in place currently! But, I just had a thought for you to consider:

    Experience Levels are virtually useless at the moment, but they do offer a very accurate representation of how strong the player is. For example, you could say most TH7s are in the 50-70 range, and be correct 95% of the time.

    Now for my idea: I think that this reward system could be improved by increasing the reward based on Experience Level range. Let's say:


    1. Lv1 - Lv30: 10;9;7 (As you proposed)
    2. Lv31 - Lv50: 20;15;10
    3. Lv51 - Lv70: 50;35;20
    4. Lv71 - Lv120: 75;60;50
    5. Lv121+: 100;85;75


    The reason for this incremental increase would be to even out the fact that for a TH10 (on average, TH10s are in the Lv121+ category), 7 gems does literally nothing. They can't train almost any high-tier troop, and building costs are getting into the thousands of gems in order to complete. The only issue, though, would be whether or not Supercell would be willing to give out these high amounts of gems, because for the 'Highest Donator' award alone, in the highest category, they'd be losing $1 per clan.

    However, the 'Best Member' reward, being solely based off of opinion, should be around 10 gems just as a little perk for being a productive member.

    Let me know what you think, and again, this is a brilliant idea!

    Here is an issue already that will break the game..

    Also, Are the gems given by leader or automatically given? I don't see that -
    When are they given? If given at the end of a season, I think it could be more controlled.


    However, I like the whole badge Idea, I think it would add a whole new social aspect to the game - More clans will start doing clan competitions(which I do for my clan already)

    I have to agree completely on the bolded. I just recently had a competition for my clan, a donation competition, and I had members neck and neck desperately trying to get in donations first, and when I awarded the top 3 members, everyone was more active and asking when the next competition would be.

    Good point about levels, I will probably do some tweaks an implement it.

    However, any awards that are awarded by the leader cannot carry a gem reward, as it can then be exploited by the leader constantly awarding it to him/herself and getting the gems over and over.

    The situation that you stated, of having 30 friends make an account, play for 3-4 days until they can get a clan castle, and then just join the clan so you can get free gems, is a possible scenario, but one I don't think will really be that widely used. I mean think about it, for all the hassle of doing that, wouldn't it be much easier to just buy the gems? Especially considering that, in retrospect, the gem amounts that are rewarded are really quite small.

    Easier yes, but what about the people who cant afford gems and have gold storages packed with money?

    I will indeed do this over and over agian to get free gems.. I mean, 40K to create a clan is NOTHING.. Hell, I get 55k win bonus so I'll just TH snipe each time I want a new clan to get free gems..

    Again, NOT putting down the idea - Just stating that if you don't find a way to stop this abuse from happening, it WILL happen.

    I am supportive of this idea in full, so long that there is a way to STOP this from being abused..

    Ok then... Perhaps the rewards are only available if there are at least 10 ACTIVE players in a clan?

    (Activity can be determined by league shields at the beginning of each new season)
