Supercell does need to reinvent the player profile, and rewards would be a great way to do so. I feel leader awarded awards are complicated though. Is leader awarded awards chosen from a preselect group of awards? Or are they custom? In any case, though I think they would be great, I feel, if too complicated, Supercell should not implement leader awarded awards.

The leader can award any player with an award that is in the pre-determined award list.

When the leader taps on a member's name in the clan view screen, they would have the option to 'Award' in addition to kick, promote, make leader, etc. When they tap the 'Award' option, it would take them to a screen where they can select and then finalize the awards that they want to bestow upon that member. They can also take awards away from a member by deselecting and then finalizing the options they chose.

If the leader chooses to bestow an award to a member, and the award has already been given to another member of the clan, the leader will get a pop- up with this message (Example message) 'Warning!' The best member award has already been given to membername25. Are you sure you want to transfer this award?' and then you'd have the traditional 'Okay' or 'Cancel' buttons.

This is great. But I have another one for auto. negative rewards are for the opposite. You lose resources and extra trophies, but you cannot get this if you got 50 trophies and 100k resources each (no dark elixir, wouldn't be fair!) That way, nobody can be called really bad if they did fine.
