PART 1, SECTION 1. (1.1)
CLAN REWARDS WILL BE SEASONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS/BADGES THAT AWARDED BY THE LEADER OR AUTOMATICALLY.
Each season, awards and badges are available to be earned by clan members. Awards such as Highest Donor, Best member, Greatest Pusher and Richest Farmer are all examples of awards that could be earned. Some badges are awarded by the leader, while others are awarded automatically at the end of the season. Additionally, some badges are rewarded by a small amount of gems, while other awards consist of a badge appearing next to a players names in chat and in the clan list.
SOME AWARDS CONSIST OF GEMS, WHILE OTHERS CONSIST OF BADGES NEXT TO A PLAYERS NAME. SOME AWARDS ARE GIVEN BY LEADERS, WHILE OTHERS ARE AWARDED AUTOMATICALLY.
SECTION 1.2
There are two types of awards:
1. Automatically awarded
2. Leader Awarded
Automatically awarded badges are awards that are based solely on statistics. Awards such as Highest Donor, Best Attacker or Richest Member are all based on stats such as donations, trophies, or resources, and they are awarded automatically at the end of the season. Unlike leader Awarded badges, automatically awarded badges consist of a small amount of gems (3-5). The reason that leader awarded badges don't carry gems is because the leader could choose to elect him/herself, and send the gems to themselves. To avoid possible exploitation through leader greed, only automatically awarded badges carry gems.
Leader awarded badges are awards that are given based generally on opinion instead of statistics. Awards such as Best Member, Kindest Member, Best Recruiter, and Most Helpful are based off of the opinion and the observations of the leader, and have a lot more to do with the overall mood of the clan than the Auto- Awards do. Leader Awarded badges are little shields that appear next to a clan members name in chat and in the chat list, as well as the player profile.
Here's an example of what the badges would look like in the clan list:

SECTION 1.3
THIS WOULD HELP TO INTRODUCE MORE ACTIVITY AND CLANSHIP AMONG MEMBERS, AS WELL AS PROMOTE /ENCOURAGE DONATING AND ADVANCING IN THE GAME.
A lot of you may wonder, why would this help? Why would this be worth Supercells while to implement? What makes it a fundamental or major improvement to the game? The main point of Clash of Clans is, well, the clans. This system of awards would help to encourage activity and clan spirit, donations and advancing in the game (See section 2.1.2, and 2.1.1). Many players feel that the 'clan' aspect of the game is sorely lacking, and if this were implemented I could easily see clans becoming a lot more active, many more donations, more talk and discussion on clan chat, and more players pushing to advance further in the game.
SECTION 1.4
THE GEMS COME FROM NOWHERE. SUPERCELL DOESN'T LOSE PROFITS BY CREATING GEMS. (IF YOU THINK THAT THIS CAN BE 'EXPLOITED' OR WOULD 'CAUSE SUPERCELL TO LOSE PROFTIS', YOU WANT TO READ ALL OF THIS.)
So you think it can be exploited. You think that it would cause supercell to lose profits or decrease in gem sales. (Read section 2.3 before reading this, as the reason for your disapproval may be solved in that section.) Remember that supercell creates gems, they create dark elixir, and all the other resources. They click a few buttons on a keyboard and the gems appear into cyberspace. They aren't pulling these gems from anywhere with a limited supply, and it doesn't cost them anything to make a few gems. (Excluding the paychecks of the people on their payroll.) The gems that are offered by the badges and awards aren't considerable. You can get an easy 8 or 9 gems (or more) daily from clearing obstacles. The gems that are offered here are not enough for supercell to go out of business, and certainly won't make a considerable difference in the game economy. Hope this solves any issues.
PART 2, SECTION 1 (2.1)
THE AVAILABLE AWARDS.
SECTION 2.1.1
AUTOMATICALLY AWARDED:
Automatically awarded prizes are based on statistics and carry gems as a reward.
HIGHEST DONOR:
This prize is automatically awarded at the end of the season to the clan member who has donated the most troops. This prize carries a reward of 10 gems, as well as a green badge that appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
RICHEST MEMBER:
This prize is automatically awarded at the end of the season to the clan member who has gotten the most resources since the beginning of the season (Note that this includes resources lost from raids. If you gain 100 resources and lose 5 resources, you would have gained 5 resources for the season.) This prize carries a reward of 7 gems, as well as a yellow badge that appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
HIGHEST PUSHER:
This prize is automatically awarded at the end of the season to the clan member who has gained the most trophies since the beginning of the season. (Note that this also includes the number of trophies lost. If you gained 20 trophies and lost 13, you would have earned 7 trophies for the season.) This prize carries a reward of 9 gems, as well as a purple badge that appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
MOST UPGRADES:
This prize is awarded automatically at the end of the season to the clan member who has upgraded the most buildings since the beginning of the season. (Note: If it would be easier to rate this based on xp points, it can be changed.) This prize carries a reward of 8 gems, as well as a blue badge that appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
SECTION 2.1.2
LEADER AWARDED:
Leader awards carry no gems as a prize, and these awards are based more on opinion.
BEST MEMBER:
This badge can be awarded at any time by the leader to the member whom he leader feels has contributed the most overall the the well-being and spirit of the clan. This badge is purple with a blue diamond in the center, and appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
MOST HELPFUL:
This badge can be awarded by the leader at any time to the member whom they feel has been the most helpful within the clan. (i.e. answering questions, base layouts, etc.) This badge is blue and orange arranged in a diamond pattern and appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
BEST RECRUITER:
This prize can be awarded at any time by the leader to the member whom they think has helped to recruit the most members into the clan. This badge is green striped with gold, and appears next to the players name in the clan chat, the clan list, and the player profile.
SECTION 2.2
EXPLOITATION AVOIDANCE. ONLY AVAILABLE WITH X MEMBERS.
The biggest issue with any gem reward within a clan is the threat of it being able to be exploited. To combat this, awards and badges (Both leader and automatically awarded) only become available after 10 members have joined the clan. This is to prevent one or two member clans that consist of fake accounts for the purpose of gaining the gems that are awarded from badges.
SECTION 2.3
FAQ's:
Q: Does the leader have to award badges?
A: No. It is completely up to the leader whether they award badges or not.
Q: Can one member win multiple awards?
A: Yes! In this case, multiple badges will appear next to the name in chat, list, and profile.
Q: Do you keep a badge forever?
A: No. While automatic badges last for the season, they will be re-awarded at the end of the season, and the badge will disappear from next to your name. With a leader awarded badge, the badge will remain next to your name until the leader has re-awarded the badge.
Q: Can the leader award more than one of each badge?
A: No. Only one type of badge can be awarded per clan. (i.e. the leader cannot award 3 'best member' badges.)
Q: What happens if someone has donated/progressed equally in the clan, and their stats are the same? Who would the badge/award go to?
A: If two members o the clan have the same statistics at the end of the season, the member with the highest xp will be awarded the badge and the gems. This is only the case for automatically awarded badges.
