I emailed support a few months back. I got the automated response but that was it. I emailed them proli twice more asking what was going on and got no reply. I love this game, however I don't love the cutomer support thus far. I was reading the reviews for CoC and it seems that's the biggest complaint. I played another online game that was pretty big at least in its.prime. its on the downslide now but even back then I got replies and normally problem sovled with in a week. I guess that's more along the lines of what I was expecting. At least not months.

I've read all about linking Game Center etc and linking a new and old device but I had my phone stolen and it appears it was never linked through Game Center. I'm the leader of Dogsrule and the members are all family and a few friends. I've spent easily 800 hours playing and spent a fair bit of money so I'm hoping you will be able to provide me with a linking number or some way around this so I don't lose my village. I never got a ticket number, how do I find mine?
Players shouldn't come to the forums for "special treatment" so their ticket can be resolved quickly.
Soon we'll see the forums flooded with people posting their ticket number to get a faster response.
That's not the solution.
It's insane that a company that makes billions a day only has 10 people hired to give support to a base of 10 millions of players...
That's just greediness. And shows that the company doesn't care about their players.
