Tom discount and balloon?

For the second time in a row, the discount offer didn't work.
I get to see the 4 boxes but only the 'not now' box is yellow and can be ticked.
The other ones are grey and aren't doing anything if I tick them.
I was waiting for the offer, so I didn't go away or anything.
There was no time beween the appearance of the offer and me trying to get it.
Now I hired Tom for the full price for 5 days and I regret it already

Oh, and I never got a balloon or something after hiring Tom

Tom hold it and When he release it, it flies up upwards. You have to be quick, if not it goes out of frame. Check the pictures below and you'll see how it looks like

The offer is only available for a minute or so straight after Tom expires. If the windows does show the discount offers but they are grey, it means were still available when you first got the pop-up but that they now have expired. Same thing happened to me just right now, I left the game to look at the time. When I came back the discount offer was already opened but within 2 seconds, the discount windows turned gray.

I got shorted on Tom time AGAIN-not happy here.

I actually received 2 extra hours.

i'm relatively new here (i think only my second post)... and i'm interested in knowing if tom is able to lQQk for expansion items (planks, nails, land deeds, stakes, etc)?? i've never used him, other than in my early days of farming when he came "free" for 24 hours. i don't think i've ever had more than 24 diamonds at any one time... the few i do get i keep losing to a "fast feeding finger" which only speeds up my already fast egg layers

I just rehired Tom for 10 days with a 30% discount. I have been offered the same thing every time the 'timer' runs out on him. The discount is only for a short amount of time (a couple hours at most I think).

The balloon has given me 1 diamond each time as well.
